Partners Pizza

It is possible that Partners, the iconic pizza place in Peachtree City, may undergo a redevelopment, triggering the redevelopment of Aberdeen Village Center, the city’s first retail complex.

After the City Council approves the rezoning, the restaurant serving its first pizza in 1977 will still be located in the same place, but it will be encased in a 3-story brick building that replaces the 1970s-style wooden storefront and adds 12 high-end condos on the second and third floors. Its familiar ground-level outdoor patio will be relocated to the rooftop on the second floor after being demolished and rebuilt.

In the front corner of the building, the existing restaurant would remain. A second-story outdoor seating area would face Highway 54 where the current outdoor patio is located.

Demolition of pizza

A private elevator will connect the garages to the condominiums’ first floor from each enclosed garage. An elevated outdoor walkway along the building’s front will also connect the residential units to the parking area behind the building.

“Each unit will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. Each of the twelve units will have a private elevator serving both levels. Patios will be located on the roofs of the condominiums, which will be accessible by private elevators.
